When you order a Kingdom of Pets download package you get lifetime access to the Members Download Area. However, you will need a login (email address and password of your choosing) to re-enter the Members Download Area. Once you have ordered you will be asked to create a login and will then be forwarded to the appropriate download area. To re-enter the download area at a later date just click on the Download Area link at the bottom of the page to gain access!
Your receipt number and password will be emailed to you soon after placing your order. Please keep this email somewhere safe. Please make sure that your email program can receive any emails from “[email protected]”
While the Kingdom of Pets team would love to be able to answer all of the queries that we get, unfortunately, due to time and manpower constraints, our consultation service is only available to those people who have purchased the Secrets to Dog Training, Ultimate Housetraining Guide or Complete Cat Training series of books or the Dog Obedience Training DVD series. So we would need a valid receipt number to be able to look at the problem! For our convenience and yours, please include your receipt number at the beginning of all correspondence.
Unfortunately none of the other Kingdom of Pets packages include a free consultation.
Secrets to Dog Training and the Ultimate House Training Guide
Clients who purchase the Secrets to Dog Training and Ultimate House Training Guide download packages, or the DVD series also get access to our Members only Forum, and this will be the place for asking any consultation questions. Questions are answered by our team of moderators, and there is no limit to the number of times you can post questions or comments.
Complete Cat Training
To send in a consultation, clients will need to login to the Members Download Area, and then go to Members Help where you will find a form to fill in.
Our consultation service is very popular, and this can occasionally lead to delays in responding to questions. Please allow a week for your consultation to be answered.
Reselling Kingdom of Pets' products is only permitted for those whom we hold a distribution agreement with. Affiliates of Kingdom of Pets are not authorized to buy and resell our products. There are a few reasons why, after you have signed up for the newsletter, that you haven't received it!
1. It may have been spam-blocked! Please make sure that you have not spam-blocked the email addresses [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]. This is the usual reason why people do not receive their newsletters! Check in your Junk Mail folder to see whether the email has been sent there.
2. If you received the "Confirmation" email from us then you need to click on the confirmation link in that email to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter! Sometimes people have replied to that email instead of clicking on the link, which does not confirm your newsletter subscription!
3. Our newsletter sending software can have the odd delay, so while the first newsletter usually arrives within a few minutes there can, at times, be a delay of an hour or so due to server issues, etc

We will NEVER pass your email address on to spammers! Over half of the emails that Kingdom of Pets get are spam, and it is extremely annoying and frustrating, so there is absolutely no way that we are going to contribute to their cause.
There are currently no reported problems with the any 6 Day Course or newsletter links.

Full refunds will be given on downloads and all related materials will need to be removed from your computer. Refunds given on the shipped DVD series will be issued minus shipping costs of US$29.95. Yes. We use one of the world’s leading 3rd party credit card payment processors, Clickbank. Clickbank is VeriSign secure and is considered the world’s most secure credit card payment provider. Clickbank would perform several thousand transactions every day and millions of transactions over the course of a year.
In order to process payments with Visa and Mastercard credit cards, Clickbank requires: the CVV2 or CVC2 validation code. Most cards have this 3-digit code printed on the back of the card, to the right of the card number. American Express cards have a 4-digit code printed on the front, to the right of the card number. If you are 100% certain your card has no code on it, and then enter "none" in the blank.
Clickbank (our payment processor) has some automated security features when it comes to credit card transactions, especially with overseas credit cards. For instance, if the country of origin of the credit card and the country where the product is being ordered from are different then it is likely that the transaction will be denied.
Here is what Clickbank told us when we enquired about declined credit card transactions!
"I recommend the customer contact their credit card company first, to determine if there is an issue with the provider that can be resolved. If the credit card company denies declining any charge, then the card was declined by our risk management system. This is a separate authorization system, so we cannot provide any specific information regarding the decline.
We know it can be frustrating. Accepting credit cards over the internet is a dangerous business. For us and our clients, it is better that we err on the side of caution. Other services may have a less stringent security system and therefore may also incur a higher percentage of fraud, which can be costly. We do our best to protect our clients from this.

I realize that this can be frustrating but as usual it is a few people who spoil it for the rest by trying to rip-off the system. There are a few other payment options listed on the preceding page that you may wish to try if you are unsuccessful.
Clickbank does go offline temporarily from time to time (like most web sites), while this can be very annoying usually it is only very temporary and within 15 minutes or so it will be back online.
If you find that the Clickbank order form is not working after 30 minutes or so then please email us here! and we will try to contact Clickbank. All special prices will be honored as long as we get an email from you!
Also, some clients can have trouble accessing the Clickbank site due to the security settings on their computer. In this case, we recommend that you try placing your order from a different computer, and that you use one of our alternative methods of payment.
Unfortunately we do not sell printed versions of any of our download packages including Secrets to Dog Training.
